The design programme responds to the need to define an urban edge and a street front through the construction of the only missing lot. The twelve dwellings slope symmetrically down the hillside. A central opening relates the space in front with the landscape behind.
The inspiration from Italian post-World War II architecture becomes explicit and declared action.
Public car parks, lighting and a civic hall have been built in the area, all using materials, technologies and formal aspects in line with the pre-existing buildings and the philosophy of the social users to whom the project is addressed.
