The complete renovation of a flat located in Montecarlo, in a building dating back to the 1960s, was guided by the desire to enhance the view of the sea and the brightness of the rooms, through a rational planimetric layout, in which the open space living area becomes the fulcrum of domestic life and at the same time a place of representation. The Deco taste of the client, who was an art lover, is borrowed from a minimalist vision of the whole, through a careful design of technological details that integrates innovative technical elements of industrial production with high craftsmanship.
