The desire to be in continuity with the inspirational values of the place has led to the definition of an "L" layout, facing the existing residential area, in an attempt to connect different types of buildings, thanks to the design of geometrically recognisable forms.

The dwellings are developed in different directions, establishing new relationships with the existing environment: the river, the parish churches, the churches. Rotations, symmetries and typological experiments gather around the courtyard, the ordering element of the whole system.
