The design of the shops of the Parmalat ice cream chain, which is destined to establish itself on all five continents, meets the need to define an image that is clearly recognisable but at the same time reproducible in different urban, cultural and social contexts.
The flexibility of the external image, related to the individual architectural souls of the place, is contrasted by a morphology of interior design and use of materials, constant and rigidly reproposed, with the aim of delegating to architecture and its codes, the image in the world of the multinational company and its main products.
